For more than twelve years, Aspen Shakti has been the heartcave of the Aspen mind, body and spirit community. Born inside it was a class called Body ALIVE — never advertised, growing entirely by word of mouth, from one person telling another they had found something they couldn't explain and couldn't stop coming back to.

The room got too small. That's a good problem to have. Our flagship studio is becoming ALIVE Aspen as the method goes on tour — onto screens, into stadiums, iconic venues and events worldwide.
